Georgie Peake

I’ve been working in the Product and Data space for over 10 years and have been lucky enough to work with amazing teams across education, media and technology at Memrise, Filtered, Channel 4 and IBM. I studied Economics as an undergraduate at Warwick, and later completed a Machine Learning masters at UCL.

After a recent career break to go travelling with my partner, I decided to found Rehearsable to provide a way for people to practise those tricky, anxiety-inducing scenarios we find ourselves in at work, in a safe and judgement-free environment. My hope is that we can make positive use of AI to help improve our communication, collaboration, negotiation, influence and other important interpersonal skills we need in our day-to-day jobs.

Outside work, I love modern jive dancing, running and cooking Mediterranean food.

There have been a few coaching relationships in my life that have really helped me grow and develop, and a few tools that I’ve relied on heavily for practicing my skills. I hope that Rehearsable can bring a little of both, to help us feel less anxious and more prepared for high-stakes moments.

I trained originally as a computational neuroscientist, trying to understand why we forget things. From there, I co-founded Memrise, and have worked on applying scientific evidence to products that improve our lives and our minds. I’ve worked as a CEO, CTO, CPO and Chief Data Scientist, including at Big Health/Sleepio and Channel 4.
