Starting a new conversation

There are 3 options for starting a new conversation for a scenario:

• Click the scenario card from the Rehearsable homepage https://rehearsable.ai

• Click the scenario link from the left-hand navigation panel from any page
  • Note: not available on mobile

• Click the ‘Start new conversation’ icon below the scenario title from within an existing conversation

Reloading latest conversations and feedback

1. Navigate to your Account page at https://rehearsable.ai/account or by clicking the ‘Account’ link in the left-hand navigation panel

   

2. Your latest conversations will be listed in the table, ordered by conversation start date, and grouped by scenario, showing:

   • A link to latest conversation
   • (If previously generated) a link to feedback for the latest conversation
   • The selected bot character for the conversation

3. Click the relevant link to reload the conversation and/or feedback

Note: only conversations where you send at least one message are displayed in the table

Editing conversations

• Once reloaded, you can continue the conversation where you left off

• Any changes will be saved to the same conversation (so you can later reload it by following the same steps above)

  • If you re-generate the feedback, the latest version will be saved alongside the conversation

• If you want to make changes to the conversation but keep the original unchanged, click the ‘Duplicate current conversation’ icon below the scenario title in the chat header

  • This will open a copy of the conversation, containing the same dialogue as the original conversation
  • Now, if you edit the conversation, the changes will be saved to the new version and won’t impact the original
