To gain insight into the value from Learners’ use of Rehearsable, and notice where Learners may need support, admin users can access aggregated performance insights on key trends in their Learners feedback.

Please note: Rehearsable does not share individual Learner conversations and feedback with Learner Companies as we believe this would undermine the judgement-free benefits of an AI coach.

To access the aggregated analytics:

• Navigate to ‘Analyse’ in the left-hand navigation panel (https://rehearsable.ai/analyse/)
• Ensure the form is completed with relevant start time, end time, criteria group and user group
• Click ‘Get results’

• Feedback rating by criteria: The graph shows the percentage of feedback responses for a colour rating, by criteria, to quickly give an indication of any areas where Learners are doing well, or may require support
• 'What went well/What could be improved' summarises the key themes from the feedback to provide more detail on positive/negative patterns from the feedback to help tailor any support for the user group
